如何申请报价?
最快的方式是使用我们 联系我们 页面上的表单或任何部门页面。您也可以发送邮件至 opalsigndigital@gmail.com 或在以下平台联系我们 WhatsApp 并附上您的规格(尺寸、数量、材料、截止日期)。
应发送哪种设计文件格式?
We prefer print-ready PDF, AI, or EPS files. High-resolution TIFF, JPG, or PNG also work. Use CMYK colour mode, embed or outline fonts, and include 3 mm bleed for prints that go to the edge.
文件应使用什么分辨率?
300 DPI at final size for small prints (business cards, flyers). 150 DPI is fine for large format (banners, tarpaulins) since they're viewed from a distance. Always at final size — not scaled down.
生产周期多久?
Most jobs turn around in 24 – 72 hours once artwork is approved and payment is confirmed. Large format and signage projects can take 3 – 7 days depending on scope. Urgent? Tell us — we often accommodate same-day jobs for existing customers.
你们提供配送吗?
Yes — within Accra and across Ghana. Delivery is quoted per job based on size, weight, and destination. Pickup at our Circle or Kokomlemle branches is always free.
你们接受哪些付款方式?
Bank transfer, Mobile Money (MTN MoMo, Vodafone Cash, AirtelTigo Money), and cash on collection. For large jobs, a 50% deposit confirms the order; balance is due before delivery.
我可以在印刷前查看打样吗?
Absolutely. We share a digital proof for approval on every job. For colour-critical work, a physical proof can be arranged at additional cost.
如果对成品不满意怎么办?
We stand behind our work. If a print doesn't match the approved proof or has a manufacturing defect, we'll reprint at no charge. See our 条款与条件 查看完整详情。

Up to 100 MB by email is fine. Larger? Send a WeTransfer, Google Drive, or Dropbox link to opalsigndigital@gmail.com.

Yes — our in-house design team can create or refine artwork for an additional fee. Tell us what you need and we'll quote design + print together.
